the rooms turned out to be fully-equipped and neat with fridge, clean washroom and air con. the breakfast was gorgeous, and the staff were affable.

Location: the hotel was near to the ferry dock, and the city centre. The staff were cooperative and really good and the services were good.

Well priced accommodation with ideal setting adjacent to the city centre and the KSRTC bus stand, bus stop, and Kottayam, a town in central Travencore-area of Kerala. Really good and exceptional staff; smooth check in.

The venue is reasonably priced, tidy and the location is convenient and ideal near to the bus station and the boat jetty and the TB Road KSRTC bus terminal and the outskirts of town. The service at the restaurant is excellent. I loved the staff, they are very helpful.

We loved the hotel's location right at the city center, making it very convenient for us to explore this city. The hotel's proximity to the bus stop and the bus station allowed us to travel comfortably and easily, making transportation a breeze. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the friendliness of the staff. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel restaurant was delicious and gave us a great start to our day.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and very close to the bus station and ferry dock. It was easy to get around and there was a bus stop nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The deluxe room was comfortable and the restaurant food was tasty.

The bathroom fittings were outdated and in need of replacement, and there was a moldy smell in the room.

The location was convenient and great for exploring nearby attractions. The staff were courteous and helpful. We appreciated the thoughtful gestures such as a complimentary basket of fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious enough for a romantic escape.

The towels were not enough for two people and we had to repeatedly ask for more. Room service was not available after a certain time.

There was a moldy smell in the room upon check-in which triggered some allergic reactions. the electric outlets were not functioning properly and chargers kept falling off.

I arrived at Hotel Aida late at night, and even though I had trouble reaching the reception, the security was quick to open the gate for me. The room I stayed in was nice and spacious, with clean linen and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was decent, although the options were limited. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to travel around. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Aida and would recommend it to others.
